Conjugated Linoleic Acid
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a group of naturally occurring fatty acids in meat and dairy products. CLA is a slightly altered form of Linoleic Acid (LA), an omega-6 fatty acid important to human health. CLA is beneficial for promoting prostate health, breast health, supporting normal cell growth, supporting cardiovascular health, increasing thermogenesis, and promoting normal weight. CLA is believed to support prostate health primarily by modulating eicosanoid and cytokine activity.
