Directions: Shake well before using. MIX 1-2 tablespoons of Biobody Balance in 8 ounces of water at bedtime on an empty stomach. Quick-Start Method

Our nutritional experts on staff recommend that you take a loading dose for several weeks and then go back to the maintenance dose. That means that you can take 2 to 3 tablespoons per day for 4 to 6 weeks and then go back to 1 tablespoon per day when your stomach is the most empty, prefererrably at bedtime. This is not mandatory but will simply speed up your results for the first month.
